Rates and Policies

Base rate within Fort Worth, Mid-Cities, Colleyville, Grapevine, Keller, NRH, Richland Hills, and Southlake is $28/hr (1 hour minimum). Base rate outside of the above cities is $38/hr (2 hour minimum). After the first hour I bill in quarter-hour increments. I do not charge mileage for the first 10 miles from where the service is initiated. This is usually from our home office or your residence. Thereafter, the charge is $.40 per mile

Monthly Membership Package
Clients have the option to purchase a customized monthly membership package. Hours may be purchased at the beginning of each month at $25/hour with a minimum of 8 hours being purchased ($200/month). (Tarrant County only)

Pet services depend on pets and location. Please call or email for your estimate.

POLICIES

Payment
·      Payment is due upon receipt of services unless otherwise arranged.
·      Payment can be made with cash, check, or money order.
·      All monthly membership packages must be paid for up front by cash, personal check, or PayPal.
·      All additional service charges incurred will be due upon completion of service such as grocery bill, dry-cleaning bill, etc.

Conditions
·      If clients utilize additional hours over their monthly membership package, they can either choose to purchase à la carte hours or another package.
·      All unused package hours can roll over to the next month as along as another monthly package is purchased; for example if a client has 3 hours left on their first month package, they can roll those over to the next month, purchase another package of 6 hours and have 9 hours of service available to them.
·      We will reply to all requests for services within 24 hours.
·      We request that you provide at least 24 hours lead time on all requests.  We will always do our best to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible, on a first come, first served basis.
·      An Extra Pair of Hands reserves the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and/or unsuitable.
·      Please give a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If less than 24-hours notice is given an $18.00 fee will be assessed.
·      An Extra Pair of Hands will keep all client information confidential.
·      An Extra Pair of Hands reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.
